returns policy

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery by emailing studio@savarind.com. You must then return the kit within 14 days of telling us.

Each configuration is supplied in its own box, which forms part of the kit. Returns must include all components, flat-packed in the original box as they were sent. We may reduce your refund if any part of the kit, including the box, is missing or damaged, or if there are signs that the furniture has been used beyond what is required to examine it.

refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm. Your refund will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the kit.

shipping returns

You are responsible for the cost of returning your kit. Please use a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
